The JSA Story

Julian Spencer Associates Ltd, Chartered Surveyors, was formed from the established practices of Julian Spencer and Company Ltd and Norman Griffiths. The practice has offices in Shrewsbury, Newcastle under Lyme, Telford, Aberystwyth and Aberdovey providing a full range of professional property services to both residential and commercial clients.

The directors of Julian Spencer Associates Ltd, Julian Spencer and Neville Roberts, are both Chartered Surveyors with a combined post qualification experience in excess of 55 years.

Julian Spencer, after a training placement in the District Valuers Office, worked for two major Birmingham Commercial Surveying Practices prior to founding Julian Spencer and Company in 1989  covering Shropshire, The Marches and the West Midlands.

Neville Roberts began his career with Stoke City Council then moving to T.A. Austerberry and Sons. He became a partner in Norman Griffiths and Company in 1990 after three years as Regional Director for General Accident Property Services. Norman Griffiths, the well known and established Chartered Surveying practice originally based in Stoke-on-Trent and latterly Newcastle under Lyme was formed in 1926 covering South Cheshire, North Staffordshire and The Potteries.
