Commercial Property Agency

We offer a full range of commercial property agency services, throughout the West Midlands, Shropshire, Mid and North Wales, with the added benefit that  our current  properties, are featured not only on our  website, but also through Estates Gazette Interactive Property Link, Focus Co-star, and a range of other publicly accessed property portals. Our agency services include general agency development, acquisitions and disposals, for retail, office, industrial, development, leisure and other commercial property opportunities. As Commercial Chartered Surveyors, we undertake to identify and acquire commercial properties to client’s requirement.

Commercial Property Disposal

We are experienced Commercial Agents and have considerable experience of working for corporate and individual clients for the disposal of property assets either by Private Treaty or Auction.

Commercial Property Valuation

We can  provide commercial property valuation advice on a wide range of commercial property types and development opportunities, and employ the latest valuation practices, based on our extensive market experience. We also subscribe to all of the main property information sources. We can offer a full range of valuations approved by a large number of financial institutions, either through Spencer Evans Professional Ltd. or Allied Surveyors Commercial Ltd.

Lease Renewal and Rent Reviews

We undertake commercial property rent reviews and lease renewals, acting for both landlords and tenants liaising with clients and Solicitors.

Schedules of Condition and Dilapidation

We provide commercial advice regarding Schedules of Condition and Dilapidations. It is always recommended, wherever possible, that a Schedule of Condition is negotiated and appended to a commercial lease in the case of the tenant, in order to protect the tenants interests.

Rating Advice

Subject to an appraisal fee, we undertake Rating Appeals on the majority of commercial property types.
