We are experienced Commercial Agents and have considerable experience of working for corporate and individual clients for the disposal of property assets.

Lease Renewal and Rent Reviews

We undertake commercial rent reviews and lease renewals, acting for both landlords and tenants.

Schedule of Condition and Dilapidation

We provide commercial advice regarding Schedule of Condition and Dilapidation. It is always recommended, wherever possible, that a Schedule of Condition is negotiated and appended to a commercial lease in the case of the tenant, in order to protect the tenant and the lease.

Rating Advice

Subject to an appraisal fee, we undertake Rating Appeals on the majority of commercial property types.
